The Hoymiles HIS-8L-G3S 8kW Single-Phase Hybrid Inverter is the highest-capacity model listed in the supplied HIS-G3 Series datasheet. It is designed for residential and larger single-phase hybrid solar installations requiring substantial PV capacity, battery storage and backup power.The inverter supports up to 16kW of recommended PV power through two MPPT trackers. Each MPPT supports up to 18A input current, while the overall MPPT operating range extends from 90V to 500V.The low-voltage battery interface operates between 40V and 60V and supports a maximum charging and discharging current of 140A. Maximum battery charge and discharge power is specified as 8000W, with this value applicable when used with the Hoymiles LB-6D-G3 or LB-10D-G3 batteries.backup operation, the HIS-8L-G3S delivers 8kW continuous output and can provide up to 16kVA for 10 seconds.
