The Fox ESS KH8 is an 8kW single-phase hybrid solar inverter designed to provide efficient solar energy conversion, battery energy storage and backup power for residential and other single-phase applications. It is part of the Fox ESS KH/KA series of advanced hybrid and AC inverters and is compatible with Fox ESS high-voltage battery systems.The KH8 can handle up to 12kW of recommended PV input power and provides 8kW nominal AC output power, with a maximum apparent AC power of 8.8kVA. It supports high-voltage batteries with a battery voltage range of 85–480V, making it suitable for modern high-voltage energy storage systems.The inverter features IP65 protection, natural cooling, flexible installation and remote monitoring through smartphone app or web portal. Its plug-and-play design, built-in fuse protection and optional DC disconnection switch help simplify installation and system configuration.
